General Terms and Conditions
Making a purchase.
ll orders are initially accepted as an 'Order Request' only. After we receive details of your order we will check that the items are still available at the price shown on your order. This is in order to cover ourselves because of rapidly changing exchange rates and/ or errors . We will also confirm availability of all your order. We will part ship and not hold up your order if some items are out of stock.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.
Shipping and Handling.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over £200.00 shipping within Britain. Shipping for orders less than £200 attract a standard delivery charge. Shipping elsewhere is subject to surcharges as shown. For full details see our 'Shipping Rates' page listed at the foot of this page
If you underpay shipping your order will be delayed while we contact you.
Delivery schedule.
We guarantee to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment during working days Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Back orders.
If your item is not in stock the item will automatically be placed on back order . We will, of course, allow you the option of cancelling should you rather not wait. Please note that some items are only obtained when required and are not held in stock. These items are clearly indicated in the item description.
Tax
Prices are, of course, subject to change should the rate of VAT change.
Credit card security.
Credit card details are not held at all on our web site.
Guarantee.
All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. That is to say that if you are not completely satisfied with any Printerfood product we will refund what you paid, including postage, as long as you return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Items that are no longer suitable, but not faulty, will be accepted back if you return them within 7 days. In this case, where it is your decision to change you mind, you will need to pay the cost of shipping the goods back to us.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and agreement with this clause is confirmed by your purchase request.
