Making a purchase.

After you have received a price quotation from us the price will be held for 7 days. After that time we will need to check again as prices can change suddenly due to exchange rates and special offers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard , Debit Cards and PayPal for payment.

Shipping and Handling.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £50.00 shipping within Britain. Shipping for orders less than £50 attract a standard delivery charge of £5.95. Shipping elsewhere is subject to surcharges and will be agreed on an individual basis.

Delivery schedule.

We guarantee to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment during working days Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Back orders.

If your item is not in stock the item will automatically be placed on back order . We will, of course, allow you the option of cancelling should you rather not wait. Please note that some items are only obtained when required and are not held in stock. These items are clearly indicated in the item description.

Tax

Prices are, of course, subject to change should the rate of VAT change.

Credit card security.

Credit card details are not held at all on our web site. Orders paid for with a credit card can only be delivered to the registered card-holder address.

Guarantee.

All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. That is to say that if you are not completely satisfied with any PrinterFood product we will refund what you paid, including postage, as long as you return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Items that are no longer suitable, but not faulty, will be accepted back if you return them within 7 days. In this case, where it is your decision to change your mind, you will need to pay the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

All products are guaranteed free from defects for a period of 90 days after dispatch. If you feel that anything purchased from us has not performed as it should, then please ring us to discuss on 0191 564 1234. We want happy customers!

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and agreement with this clause is confirmed by your purchase request.
